As a filmmaker, I’m always looking for new techniques. Not flashy,  effective. A Go-Pro camera gets dropped from a plane and not only survives, it makes an lovely film.

This video inadvertently shows how quick cutting can be effective, even though it’s all one shot.

 

 

I love the way the camera spins, making it seem like hundreds of cuts. Usually, I hate super fast cutting because we can’t process the information. But this gives us a sense of the scene and out-of-control FALLING.

Then, the camera stabilizes as if someone is holding it and floats down, crashing to the ground.

So, tell me this: how did they find the camera?
